Storysaurus: Hello!

A hippo got on the number 4 at the train station.

Henrietta squeezed her way to the back of the bus and sat down, smiling and looking forwards to the journey. “Oh,” she said to the lady in the seat in front of her, “I do like a nice bus ride.”

Henrietta reached into her very large handbag and pulled out a teapot and a cup and saucer “Would you like a cup of tea? I always have a spare,” she pulled out a second cup and handed it to the lady. “Biscuit?” The lady shook her head.

Henrietta just smiled and sipped her tea. “I’m going to visit my niece… she has a very nice house next to West Bank Park. We’re going to have a picnic in the park and play on the swings.”

She said to the little boy with the blue jumper. “Would you like a biscuit?” The little boy nodded his head. “I’ve been on the York eye,” he told Henrietta as he munched his biscuit. “You can see everything from there, even my house.”

“What fun!” exclaimed Henrietta as she rummaged around in her handbag “Oh, where is it?” she mumbled. “Ah, found it!” She pulled out some photographs and showed them to the little boy.

“I took these when I was on the eye… look, there’s the Minster, Cliffords Tower, Museum Gardens. I do like to have an ice cream and watch the squirrels play in the gardens. Do you like ice cream?… Of course you do!” Henrietta chatted on and on.

“Oh, here’s my stop,” she said and squeezed her way to the front of the bus. “Thank you for lovely chat,” she waved to everybody on the bus; “I do like a nice bus ride.”
